Conversion Tables

As a general rule, Europeans and Australians follow the metric measurement system and Americans follow the imperial system. All of these are approximate conversions, which have either been rounded up or down. One should never mix metric and imperial measures in one recipe but stick to one system or the other in order to be successful when cooking.
